Payment

For online purchases, I currently accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards. Apple Pay is also accepted.

Shipping

Shipping is done through the US Postal Service. A billing address is required in addition to a shipping address if they are different.  Once your payment has cleared, your purchase will be shipped within one week. Shipping charges are based on the costs of postage and shipping materials required to send the purchased item(s) safely to their destination.

Domestic (United States) destinations will have a tracking number that you will be emailed once your order is shipped.

For international destinations, if you would like to purchase a piece and I do not have your country listed as an option, start up a conversation with me and I shall give you a quote. Please note that any additional fees issued by customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy

I realize that shopping online can be difficult with only photos to look at and I want you to be happy with your purchase. So if for some reason you would like to return your purchase, I will refund the full cost of the item. However, the piece must be returned within two weeks and be in its original unworn condition. Pieces that have been sized, engraved, customized, or modified in any way are NOT returnable.  Custom orders are NOT returnable.  Shipping charges and digital downloads are nonrefundable. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost.

If in the rare occasion there is a problem with a purchased piece, please let me know and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

Sizing Details

While I try to be as accurate as possible, measurements and sizes are approximate. Available sizes are listed with each item.  Not sure what bracelet or ring size you need?  Check out my FAQs.

If you are looking for a size not listed, please start up an email conversation!  Many items can be sized or modified, but if not, I am happy to make a custom piece in the size you need.

Ring sizes are based on the standard US ring sizes.

Photographs & descriptions

Some pieces can be difficult to photograph and photos do not always do them justice.  However, all photographs and descriptions of listed pieces are as accurate as possible. The colors in the photographs may vary slightly from monitor to monitor.  Measurements are approximate.
