A charcoal live gesture drawing of my classmate, Matt, lunging to the side while he twists around to stay holding a staff behind him. Done in an impressionist style to give the look of the figure using soft lines with varying shades of gray. It is approximately 15 3/4 inches wide (40 cm) by 22 inches (55.9 cm) tall with charcoal on newsprint. The drawing will be carefully rolled and sent out in a mailing tube through the US Postal Service.
